Sheetgo Customer Data Subprocessors

Overview

This page lists third-party subprocessors engaged by Sheetgo Europe S.L. (“Sheetgo”) to process Customer Personal Data on behalf of customers in connection with the provision of Sheetgo services.

For purposes of this page:

  • “Customer Personal Data” means personal data processed by Sheetgo as a data processor under the applicable Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
  • “Subprocessor” means a third party engaged by Sheetgo to process such data on its behalf in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.

All subprocessors are subject to:

  • Written data processing agreements;
  • Confidentiality obligations;
  • Appropriate technical and organisational safeguards;
  • GDPR-compliant international data transfer mechanisms where applicable (including Standard Contractual Clauses where required).

Infrastructure & Hosting

These providers support the secure operation, storage, and transmission of customer data within the Sheetgo platform.

Application & AI Processing

OpenAI AI-powered processing features within the Sheetgo product (as configured by customers) US (subject to contractual safeguards)

Where AI features are enabled, relevant customer data may be transmitted to OpenAI strictly to provide the configured functionality. Sheetgo has configured API settings to restrict data retention where supported.

Communications & Customer Interaction

Processing is limited to account-level data necessary for service delivery and customer relationship management.

Payment Processing

Stripe and PayPal process billing and payment information in accordance with their own regulated payment processing frameworks (including PCI-DSS compliance).

International Transfers

Where subprocessors are located outside the European Economic Area, Sheetgo implements appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures where required.

Updates

Sheetgo may update this list from time to time to reflect operational changes. Material changes to subprocessors engaged for Customer Personal Data processing will be handled in accordance with the applicable Data Processing Agreement.
