Sheetgo subprocessors and other providers

Overview

This page identifies third-party providers used by Sheetgo Europe S.L. and Sheetgo, Inc. (together, “Sheetgo”). It separates providers that process Customer Personal Data on Sheetgo’s behalf from providers that process personal data for Sheetgo’s own business purposes.

Customer Personal Data is personal data that Sheetgo processes as a processor on behalf of a customer in providing the Sheetgo services. A subprocessor is a third party that Sheetgo engages to process Customer Personal Data on Sheetgo’s behalf. The providers in the first section below are subprocessors.

The providers in the second section support Sheetgo’s own account administration, billing, support administration and communications, marketing, compliance, and other business operations. A provider appearing in that section still processes personal data and is still bound by applicable data protection terms, but Sheetgo is the controller for that processing rather than a processor acting on the customer’s instructions. Those providers are listed for transparency, but they are not subprocessors of Customer Personal Data unless they also appear in the first section.

Sheetgo enters into written data processing agreements with its subprocessors and requires confidentiality obligations, appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, and GDPR-compliant international data transfer mechanisms, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

Infrastructure and hosting

Sheetgo’s processing infrastructure runs on Google Cloud in the United States by default. Identification data, such as account and user identifiers, is stored there. File content is processed in transit when workflows and AI features run, but Sheetgo does not store that file content in its processing infrastructure. Customer files remain in the storage environment selected by the customer’s organization. Enterprise and Virtual Employee deployments may be provisioned in another region agreed with the customer.

Sheetgo uses the providers below to run its own business. They process personal data for which Sheetgo is the controller, rather than Customer Personal Data that Sheetgo processes on a customer’s behalf. They are listed for transparency and are subject to applicable data protection terms.

International transfers

Sheetgo uses appropriate safeguards for transfers of personal data outside the country or region where it was collected. For transfers from the European Economic Area to the United States, these safeguards include the provider’s certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the Standard Contractual Clauses included in the provider’s data processing terms, as applicable. For transfers from the United Kingdom, Sheetgo uses the UK Addendum to the Standard Contractual Clauses or relies on the provider’s certification under the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, as applicable. Sheetgo also applies supplementary measures where required.

Changes to subprocessors

Sheetgo publishes intended additions to or replacements of subprocessors on this page before the new subprocessor begins processing Customer Personal Data. Customers may object on reasonable data-protection grounds within 30 days after publication by writing to [email protected].
