Is there a free tier or trial for Workflows?
Sheetgo Workflows does not have a free plan, but you can start with a 14-day free trial to test all features. During the trial, you can also book free demo sessions with Sheetgo experts to accelerate setup and reduce the learning curve. If it fits your needs, you can upgrade to the Team plan or speak with sales to choose the best option for your team.
What’s included in the Team plan?
The Team plan unlocks the full Sheetgo Workflows platform. It includes forms for data collection, advanced connectivity (CSV, Excel, Google Sheets, BigQuery, APIs, and business systems), multi-step process automation, data routing and processing, dashboards, workflow documentation (notes), and team collaboration with up to 3 seats. It enables complete, end-to-end workflow automation — not just individual automations.
Can we add more than 3 seats to the Team plan?
The Team plan includes up to 3 seats. To add more, move to Enterprise: it covers your whole organization and adds single sign-on (SSO), a service-level agreement (SLA), and a dedicated account manager. Contact sales to get a quote.
What’s an automation credit?
An automation credit is one unit of data movement — each time an automation sends data from a source to a destination (or creates a doc, PDF, or email), it uses one credit. Automation credits are the basis for the usage limits in your plan.

How is Enterprise priced?
Enterprise pricing is custom. We put together a proposal based on your seats, usage, and the services you need. Contact sales to get a quote.
Can we pay by bank transfer or through Google Cloud Marketplace?
Yes. Enterprise plans can be paid by bank transfer through our sales team. You can also buy them through Google Cloud Marketplace, where the purchase can draw down your existing Google Cloud commitment.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. If you’re unsure which plan fits your needs, contact support before cancelling — we’re happy to help you find the right solution.
Do you offer refunds?
For monthly subscription plans, refunds are not available. For annual subscriptions, you can request a refund within 14 days of payment. In those cases, a small administrative fee (5%) is retained to cover processing costs.
