Are they people?
No. Each one is an AI agent with a job description, a CV, and a defined role, and your team manages it the way it manages any hire. You assign the work, review what it flags, and approve what matters.

Where does our data live?
In your own Google Sheets files and Google Drive, under your Workspace admin controls. Sheetgo does not keep a separate copy of your data.
Do virtual employees learn from or train on our data?
Neither Sheetgo nor its AI providers use your content, personal data, or integration data to train general AI models. Your virtual employee runs in a dedicated Google Cloud AI environment with models served through Vertex AI. We configure the environment so the AI provider doesn’t retain your content.
Can we choose where our virtual employees run?
You can choose the United States or Europe for AI processing, the AI model, and any Sheetgo-hosted Data Space dataset. The default is the United States. Sheetgo’s core platform and identification data (names, email addresses, file names, identifiers, and logs) stay in the United States.
Which tools do they work in?
They take requests and report back in Slack, Gemini Enterprise and Google Chat, and they do the work in Google Sheets, Google Workspace and the systems each role connects to through Sheetgo.
How do we add a virtual employee to Gemini Enterprise?
Your admin adds the agent in Gemini Enterprise and chooses which users or groups can use it. Sheetgo sets it up with your team. Implementation and training are included in your subscription. You can start with one team before your admin opens access to more users or groups.
Can we hire more than one?
Yes. They share one way of working, so a second or third role onboards the same day and reports to your team in the same channels.
