Sheetgo also operates through Sheetgo, Inc., a Delaware corporation with registered office at 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, United States. For paid services, the Sheetgo entity with which the customer contracts is identified at the time of purchase, either in self-checkout or in the order document signed with the sales team. The terms applying to that purchase are set out in the Terms of Service.

3. Scope of the Legal Notice

For paid services, the governing law follows the contracting entity: the laws of Spain for contracts with Sheetgo Europe S.L. and the laws of the State of Delaware for contracts with Sheetgo, Inc., as set out in the Terms of Service. Mandatory consumer protections applicable in the customer’s jurisdiction continue to apply.

5. Intellectual property rights

All content, trademarks, software, and design elements on the website and in the Sheetgo service are owned by Sheetgo Europe S.L. or its licensors. No rights are granted to copy, distribute, modify, or use that material except as explicitly authorized under the applicable terms.

Sheetgo makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on the website, but errors and omissions may occur. Use of the website and related services is at the user’s own risk. Sheetgo disclaims liability to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
