Dive deeper into Sheetgo Automations pricing
Get answers to your questions about pricing, payment methods, cancellation policies, and more.
Is there a free tier or trial for Automations?
Yes, the Automations add-on for Google Sheets is free. You can start using it immediately with no cost. If you need higher limits, you can upgrade to the Professional plan.
What’s included in Professional plan?
The Professional plan upgrades the free add-on to run on Sheetgo’s web infrastructure with higher file size limits, longer execution time, and more robust processing — ideal for larger or more complex automations.
What’s a transfer?
A transfer is one unit of data movement in an automation — each time data goes from a source to a destination (or creates a doc, PDF, or email), it counts as a transfer. Transfers are the basis for usage limits in your plan.
What is an automation?
An automation is a configured data movement that sends information from a source (e.g., spreadsheets, folders, BigQuery) to a destination (another file, PDF, doc, or email), either manually or on a schedule. It’s the core building block of your automated processes.
What’s a workflow?
A workflow is a series of automations grouped together to complete a process. Workflows let you organize, monitor, and automate multi-step data operations across files and systems.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. If you’re unsure which plan fits your needs, contact us before cancelling — we’re happy to help you find the right solution.
Do you offer refunds?
For monthly subscription plans, refunds are not available. For annual subscriptions, you can request a refund within 14 days of payment. In those cases, a small administrative fee (5%) is retained to cover processing costs.
