What’s a transfer?
A transfer is one unit of data movement in an automation — each time data goes from a source to a destination (or creates a doc, PDF, or email), it counts as a transfer. Transfers are the basis for usage limits in your plan.

An automation is a configured data movement that sends information from a source (e.g., spreadsheets, folders, BigQuery) to a destination (another file, PDF, doc, or email), either manually or on a schedule. It’s the core building block of your automated processes.
What’s a workflow?

How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. If you’re unsure which plan fits your needs, contact us before cancelling — we’re happy to help you find the right solution.
Do you offer refunds?
For monthly subscription plans, refunds are not available. For annual subscriptions, you can request a refund within 14 days of payment. In those cases, a small administrative fee (5%) is retained to cover processing costs.
