Quantum Spatial Incorporated (QSI), is a geospatial data firm, and provides geographic insights to the largest government and corporate organizations that need geospatial intelligence to mitigate risk, plan for growth, better manage resources and advance scientific understanding.

Their business process operates on a frequent cadence. In order to give business leaders visibility, the finance team needed a way to create and maintain a live forecast. Doing this with offices across the United States, India and Canada, would have required significant manual effort to integrate and process information from over 30 operational spreadsheets.
Manual integration also significantly increased the possibility of data loss or corruption. Another risk to data quality that is common with Excel usage is version control.
The company’s research showed that Sheetgo provided a simple and robust way to connect multiple sheets. Today, Quantum Spatial uses Alteryx to filter information from their database directly into Google Sheets with Sheetgo doing everything else from there to get the reports updated automatically.
The team also uses the Consolidate feature at the end to create a master sheet out of all the forecast models.
“Sheetgo for teams helps the company to be able to cover for each other, to check and share information which saves the company a lot of time. Sheetgo is an invaluable part of our process.” said Jimmy.
