Then here’s how to get started:
Step 1: Copy and configure the template
Get a copy of the Holiday tracking template. The template consists of a spreadsheet where you can accept or deny the holidays requested by your team members.
Inside the Employees tab, fill out the list of all your employees as well as the number of days off for that year.
In the Holidays tab, fill out the mandatory holidays for the company.
And that’s it! You have set up your template.

Step 2: Write down the requests from your employees
Every time you get a request, write it down in the Vacation request tab. If you have a small team, you can share the spreadsheet directly from there. Approve or reject as needed.
