The Inventory management spreadsheet is the master one. The dashboard contains sold out items, oversold items, total items in stock, and top items. All tables are automated showing updated data from the warehouse colleagues.

The person(s) responsible for check-ins will fill in all items that are checked-in to the inventory. The newly added data will automatically update to the inventory management dashboard as well.

The Check-out spreadsheet is also independent just like the check-in and is assigned to the person(s) responsible for check-outs. Fill out the tab “Check-out” with the items that your company has removed from your inventory.
