How to build this workflow

Step 1

Make sure all your data is in spreadsheets or CSV files. Every channel should have its own spreadsheet or CSV file so that you can combine the data.

Channels you might want to extract data from include Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Wordpress, Wix and others.



Step 2

Once you have each channel’s data in spreadsheets, use Sheetgo to create multiple connections from your channel spreadsheets into one single master sheet.

You can call this master spreadsheet “marketing channels consolidated” or something similar.


If you have a lot of different channels and need to create multiple connections , use Sheetgo’s consolidate feature. To use this feature it’s important that you organize all channel spreadsheets in the same column structure, just like a database.

Step 3

Create a new Sheetgo connection to transfer and filter data from the marketing channels consolidated spreadsheet to a new spreadsheet that will function as your KPIs dashboard.

This spreadsheet can be shared with the team to keep them automatically updated about your most important KPIs.

Step 4

Create another Sheetgo connection to your finance spreadsheet to update your financial data automatically.


Share this workflow with colleagues in your finance department. Your colleagues can then update and add connections to further automate the workflow.

Step 5

To create an automated investor report, use Sheetgo to create a filtered connection to transfer selected data to the spreadsheets that you use for your investors.

Once you align which KPIs your investors want to see, they can access this dashboard. Switch on automatic updates and set them  to run as frequently as you wish.

Step 6

Switch on automatic updates and schedule them on an hourly frequency to make sure you have access to the latest e-commerce data.
