It is important that you follow the steps and configure the spreadsheets sequentially:<\/span>\n<ol>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Fill out the <strong>Parameters<\/strong>\u00a0tab and\u00a0export it to the <strong>Sales Rep Templates\u00a0<\/strong>using Sheetgo as described in the instructions.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Have your Sales Reps each fill out their own leads in their template (we recommend changing the name of the spreadsheet to match the name of the sales rep).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">If you have more than 3 sales reps then make a copy of one of the Sales reps templates and add it to the <strong>Consolidated Sales Leads<\/strong> as outlined in the instructions<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">By following the steps laid out in the instructions tab sequentially you will now have your sales leads in one consolidated tab and a dashboard to visualize lead status daily.<\/span>\n\n&nbsp;\n<h2>Congrats!<\/h2>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Congrats, you've configured your sales management template and now have individual sheets for your various sales reps connected to a central sales manager template and dashboard.
