What does it cost me?
Nothing up front for the subsidised part: the Kit Digital voucher covers 100% of the first year and is paid directly to Sheetgo. You only pay the VAT, which you can deduct later.
Who can apply, and how much can my company get?
Kit Digital is open to companies with up to 249 staff that are up to date with the Tax Agency and Social Security and within the de minimis limits. We focus on mid-sized companies of 50–249 staff, where the grant runs from €25,000 (50–99 staff) to €29,000 (100–249) and includes the AI-associated categories.
What exactly is a Sheetgo AI employee?
A concrete role — for example, an accounts payable coordinator. Sheetgo structures your data and an AI agent works on it from inside your Slack or Gemini Enterprise: it answers questions and writes data back into the workflow, with a person keeping final validation.
Do I need Slack?
The AI employee works in your Slack, or in Gemini Enterprise — whichever your team uses.
Is the programme still open?
Kit Digital runs in rounds of public calls. The latest application windows have closed, but new rounds open periodically and funding is still being allocated. Get in touch and we’ll check your eligibility and get you ready for the next call.
