This Additional Services Framework Agreement (\u201cAgreement\u201d) governs the optional use of certain additional services made available by Sheetgo Europe, S.L. or its affiliates (\u201cSheetgo\u201d) in connection with the Sheetgo platform and related data connectivity services.<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.5″ _module_preset=”default” theme_builder_area=”post_content” hover_enabled=”0″ sticky_enabled=”0″]
This Agreement establishes the legal framework under which Customer may optionally activate and use certain Additional Services provided by Sheetgo from time to time.<\/p>\n
This Agreement:<\/p>\n
For the purposes of this Agreement, \u201cAdditional Services\u201d means optional services that may include, without limitation:<\/p>\n
Additional Services are not part of the core connectivity or data exchange services and are offered solely on an optional basis.<\/p>\n
Sheetgo may make Additional Services available gradually and may modify, add to, or discontinue them over time.<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.5″ _module_preset=”default” theme_builder_area=”post_content” hover_enabled=”0″ sticky_enabled=”0″]
No Additional Service is activated by default.<\/p>\n
Each Additional Service:<\/p>\n
Customer acknowledges that activating an Additional Service constitutes a specific opt-in to that service only.<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.5″ _module_preset=”default” theme_builder_area=”post_content” hover_enabled=”0″ sticky_enabled=”0″]
Additional Services, where applicable, are executed within Customer-defined data flows configured through the Sheetgo platform.<\/p>\n
Customer retains control over:<\/p>\n
Sheetgo does not centrally store, retain, or exploit Customer data in connection with the execution of Additional Services, except as technically necessary to perform the requested service.<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.5″ _module_preset=”default” theme_builder_area=”post_content” hover_enabled=”0″ sticky_enabled=”0″]
Customer retains all rights, title, and interest in and to:<\/p>\n
Sheetgo does not acquire any ownership or usage rights over Customer data or outputs beyond what is strictly necessary to provide the activated Additional Service.<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.5″ _module_preset=”default” theme_builder_area=”post_content” hover_enabled=”0″ sticky_enabled=”0″]
Certain Additional Services may involve integrations with third-party service providers.<\/p>\n
Where applicable:<\/p>\n
Sheetgo is not responsible for third-party services beyond the scope expressly stated in any applicable service-specific terms.<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.5″ _module_preset=”default” theme_builder_area=”post_content” hover_enabled=”0″ sticky_enabled=”0″]
Additional Services may be subject to fees, which will be disclosed at or prior to activation.<\/p>\n
Fees may be based on, without limitation:<\/p>\n
Fees for Additional Services are independent of any fees applicable to core Sheetgo services.<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.5″ _module_preset=”default” theme_builder_area=”post_content” hover_enabled=”0″ sticky_enabled=”0″]
Sheetgo will provide Additional Services with reasonable skill and care.<\/p>\n
Except as expressly stated in service-specific terms, Additional Services are provided \u201cas is\u201d, and Sheetgo does not guarantee that any specific result or outcome will be achieved.<\/p>\n
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sheetgo\u2019s liability in connection with Additional Services is limited in accordance with applicable platform terms or service-specific terms.<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.5″ _module_preset=”default” theme_builder_area=”post_content” hover_enabled=”0″ sticky_enabled=”0″]
This Agreement enters into force upon acceptance and remains in effect until terminated.<\/p>\n
Customer may stop using any Additional Service at any time<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.16″ text_font=”||||||||” header_2_font=”||||||||” header_3_font=”||||||||” header_4_font=”||||||||” global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content”]
