What products does Sheetgo offer?
Sheetgo is a family of products. Automations (spreadsheet automation) and Workflows (end-to-end data pipelines) are the ones most teams start with, and each has its own pricing page. Data Space (govern and monetize your data) and AI Agents (virtual employees, new) have custom pricing — contact our team.
Which product do I need?
To connect files and automate your spreadsheet work, start with Automations. If several people submit, review, and hand off work across a process — with dashboards and governance — choose Workflows.
¿Es Sheetgo gratuito?
Yes — Automations has a free plan for simple automations, with no credit card required. If you want the full paid features, both Automations Pro y Workflows Teams include a 14-day free trial. Workflows has no free plan, but the trial lets you test everything first.
What’s an automation credit?
Automation credits are how Sheetgo measures usage. Each time an automation moves data from a source to a destination (or creates a document, PDF, or email), it uses one credit. Paid plans include a set amount of automation credits each month; beyond that, extra usage is billed as overage, and Enterprise plans can arrange custom credit volumes.
How does billing work?
Plans bill monthly or annually and renew automatically until you cancel; annual billing costs less. Pay by credit card (bank transfer is available through sales). Empresa plans can also be purchased through the Google Cloud Marketplace, which can draw down your existing Google Cloud commitment. Data Space and AI Agents have custom pricing — contact our team.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel anytime from your account’s management page; your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing cycle. Monthly plans aren’t refundable. For annual plans you can request a refund within 14 days of payment (a 5% processing fee is retained). See our Condiciones de uso for details.
Can I use more than one product?
Yes. A Workflows subscription (Teams or Enterprise) already includes Automations. If you have an Automations plan and later need Workflows, you can add it as a second subscription. Many teams start with Automations and layer in Workflows, Data Space, or an AI Agent as they grow.
