Sheetgo Workflows does not have a free plan, but you can start with a 14-day free trial to test all features. During the trial, you can also book free demo sessions with Sheetgo experts to accelerate setup and reduce the learning curve. If it fits your needs, you can upgrade to the Business plan or speak with sales to choose the best option for your team.
What’s included in the Business plan?
The Business plan unlocks the full Sheetgo Workflows platform. It includes forms for data collection, advanced connectivity (CSV, Excel, Google Sheets, BigQuery, APIs, and business systems), multi-step process automation, data routing and processing, dashboards, workflow documentation (notes), and team collaboration with multiple user seats. It enables complete, end-to-end workflow automation — not just individual data transfers.

A transfer is one unit of data movement in an automation — each time data goes from a source to a destination (or creates a doc, PDF, or email), it counts as a transfer. Transfers are the basis for usage limits in your plan.

A workflow is a series of automations grouped together to complete a process. Workflows let you organize, monitor, and automate multi-step data operations across files and systems.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. If you’re unsure which plan fits your needs, contact support before cancelling — we’re happy to help you find the right solution.
Do you offer refunds?
For monthly subscription plans, refunds are not available. For annual subscriptions, you can request a refund within 14 days of payment. In those cases, a small administrative fee (5%) is retained to cover processing costs.
