Data Space Additional Services Framework Agreement

This Additional Services Framework Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the optional use of certain additional services made available by Sheetgo Europe, S.L. or its affiliates (“Sheetgo”) in connection with the Sheetgo platform and related data connectivity services.

1. Purpose

This Agreement establishes the legal framework under which Customer may optionally activate and use certain Additional Services provided by Sheetgo from time to time.

This Agreement:

• does not require the Customer to use any Additional Service;
• does not modify any existing agreement governing Customer’s access to the Sheetgo platform or any applicable data space governance framework;
• applies only when the Customer expressly activates an Additional Service.

2. Scope of Additional Services

For the purposes of this Agreement, “Additional Services” means optional services that may include, without limitation:

• data processing or transformation functionalities;
• data enrichment or augmentation functionalities;
• analytics, scoring, classification, or AI execution functionalities;
• generation of derived or synthetic data outputs;
• integrations with third-party service providers enabled through the Sheetgo platform.

Additional Services are not part of the core connectivity or data exchange services and are offered solely on an optional basis.

Sheetgo may make Additional Services available gradually and may modify, add to, or discontinue them over time.

3. Service Activation and Opt-In

No Additional Service is activated by default.

Each Additional Service:

• must be explicitly activated by the Customer through the Sheetgo user interface or other agreed activation mechanism;
• may require acceptance of service-specific terms, pricing, or conditions presented at the time of activation;
• may be enabled on a per-flow, per-use, or per-configuration basis.

Customer acknowledges that activating an Additional Service constitutes a specific opt-in to that service only.

4. Execution Within Data Flows

Additional Services, where applicable, are executed within Customer-defined data flows configured through the Sheetgo platform.

Customer retains control over:

• whether an Additional Service is used;
• when it is executed;
• which data flows it applies to.

Sheetgo does not centrally store, retain, or exploit Customer data in connection with the execution of Additional Services, except as technically necessary to perform the requested service.

5. Data Ownership and Control

Customer retains all rights, title, and interest in and to:

• its data processed through the Sheetgo platform; and
• any outputs, results or derived data generated through the use of Additional Services.

Sheetgo does not acquire any ownership or usage rights over Customer data or outputs beyond what is strictly necessary to provide the activated Additional Service.

6. Third-Party Services

Certain Additional Services may involve integrations with third-party service providers.

Where applicable:

• such integrations will be clearly identified at activation;
• Customer may be required to accept additional third-party terms;
• Sheetgo acts solely as a technical integrator or enabler and does not control third-party services.

Sheetgo is not responsible for third-party services beyond the scope expressly stated in any applicable service-specific terms.

7. Fees and Billing

Additional Services may be subject to fees, which will be disclosed at or prior to activation.

Fees may be based on, without limitation:

• usage;
• volume;
• subscription;
• execution frequency.

Fees for Additional Services are independent of any fees applicable to core Sheetgo services.

8. Responsibilities and Limitations

Sheetgo will provide Additional Services with reasonable skill and care.

Except as expressly stated in service-specific terms, Additional Services are provided “as is”, and Sheetgo does not guarantee that any specific result or outcome will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sheetgo’s liability in connection with Additional Services is limited in accordance with applicable platform terms or service-specific terms.

9. Term and Termination

This Agreement enters into force upon acceptance and remains in effect until terminated.

Customer may stop using any Additional Service at any time
